GBAR is one of the five divisions of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).
Founded in 1889, GBREB is the premier real estate trade association in Massachusetts, representing professionals engaged in residential brokerages, rental housing, property management, commercial brokerages, and real estate finance.
GBAR is the Board's largest division with over 10,000 residential broker and sales agent members and 900 brokerage firms throughout Metro Boston and surrounding suburbs. GBAR is a member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR).
